Proof that chickens will make a nest just about anywhere! This charming little hen has settled into a vintage teacup.
In this beginner-friendly needle felting workshop, you'll learn how to transform soft, fluffy wool into an adorable chicken using a specially barbed felting needle. Once your chicken is complete, we'll tuck it into a vintage or secondhand cup to create a unique handmade keepsake. Experienced felters are welcome too—there's plenty of room to add your own creative touches.
A variety of vintage and secondhand cups will be available, but you're welcome to bring a favorite cup of your own if you'd like to make the project more personal.
All materials are included. Felting mats, needles, and additional wool will also be available for purchase if you'd like to continue felting at home.

Class will be held at Lil Fish Studios (Studio 101) in the Franklin Arts Center, 1001 Kingwood Street, Brainerd, MN 56401. Parking is available on Kingwood Street or in the lot. Please enter through the south-side entrance.
