This is a great workshop for beginners.
Using a specially-barbed needle, we will sculpt a palm-size loon out of black and white wool. All supplies are provided and there will be additional kits available for purchase for those that would like to make more.
Because we work with needles, this class is recommended for ages 13+.

Class will be held at Lil Fish Studios (Studio 101) in the Franklin Arts Center, 1001 Kingwood Street, Brainerd, MN 56401. Parking is available on Kingwood Street or in the lot. Please enter through the south-side entrance.
Your instructor, Lisa Ackerman of lil fish studios, has been needle felting since 2006 and has introduced thousands of students to the art form. She will teach you the basics of the art form, be there to help you troubleshoot, and encourage you to embrace your piece’s uniqueness.
